You will learn tips on how to create a productive agenda, compile meeting minutes, and manage committees. A brief overview of Robert’s Rules of Order will be covered. Suggestions on how to organize your important documents and communication tips will be offered. Learn how to set up an organization and project management system that is user friendly and secure.
