Hopa Mountain’s 2017 Fall Retreat
The Courage to Lead – Moving towards Wholeness facilitated by
David Henderson, Michael Munson and Bonnie Sachatello-Sawyer
September 29 – October 1 B-Bar Ranch
Hopa Mountain’s Fall Retreat is designed with the idea that “we lead who we are” and that integrity, authenticity and wholeness in leadership is predicated on being deeply aware of our identity and how that identity shapes our work in the world.
This retreat, organized around the Circles of Trust work of Parker Palmer, provides a safe space to nurture personal and professional integrity, and the courage to lean into action. Guided by core principles and practices, which include the belief that everyone has an inner teacher, an inner source of truth, this retreat invites you to engage in contemplative practices to support your personal leadership development. Savor early morning periods of silence, poetry, discussion, journaling, guided meditation, and time to listen to yourself. A Clearness Committee will be offered to support discernment of personal and/or professional issues.
The retreat cost is $195 member/$235 non-member which includes lodging and meals. Partial scholarships are available. For more information and a registration form, please email info@hopamountain.org.
