Gallatin County Meeting Tomorrow, 2/4

Join us tomorrow from 10 am – 12 pm at MSU SUB for the Office of Community Involvement’s Service Saturday. OCI organizes these events to give college students and the public the opportunity to help out in their community. We’ll split into two groups – one group will set up and decorate for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Gala, and the other group will assemble goodie bags for kids with the Dental Alliance. Remember to bring your signed waiver that was included in the monthly mailing!

Fort Parker and Chico Tomorrow, 1/28

Both Gallatin and Park County teens are invited to join us for tomorrow’s event. Gallatin teens can meet at Hopa Mountain’s office at 8:15 am, and Park teens can meet at the Washington School at 9 am. In the morning we’ll tour the Fort Parker historical site, and in the afternoon we’ll go swimming at Chico Hot Springs. Wear warm clothes and bring a swimsuit and towel. We’ll provide lunch and snacks. Park teens can expect to be back at the Washington School by about 3 pm, and Gallatin teens will get back to Hopa’s office by about 3:45 pm.

YLS Training Cancellation, 1/20-1/21

Our event this weekend at the C’Mon Inn has been cancelled due to inclement weather. Join us instead on Saturday from 10-1 at the main entrance to the Museum of the Rockies. We’ll enjoy the exhibits and a planetarium show, eat pizza for lunch, and take some time for planning.

Gallatin County Meeting Tomorrow, 1/14

Tomorrow we will be at Albertsons Grocery Store off main street. We will be outside asking for donations for Family Promise and Gallatin Valley Food Bank. Meeting is from 10a.m. to 2p.m. see you there!

Park County Meeting Tomorrow, 1/10

Join us tomorrow from 4-5:30 pm at the Public Library. We’ll research sustainability topics, and then use that information to design an activity for the students in the LINKS for Learning program. We’ll do the activity with the kids during the LINKS Sustainability Fair on January 23rd.

Welcome back! Join us this Saturday from 10-12 at Hopa Mountain’s office. We’ll discuss upcoming projects, design a poster to publicize our MLK food drive, and then head over to The Bowl for a game of bowling.

Park County Meeting Tomorrow, 12/20
